PURCHASE & SHIPPING
To make a purchase from Donna Finegan Antiques please choose from the following:

1.  By phone: (847) 991-3911
 
2.  By email: df@donnafineganantiques.com  In your email please indicate which item (s) you would like to purchase.  Make sure you include your contact information and also tell me where you would like the package to be shipped. By doing so I will be able to calculate the actual shipping charges. I will email you with the total purchase price including shipping, insurance and sales tax if applicable. Allow up to 48 hours for my response.
 
Please note that shipping, handling and insurance is NOT included in the website prices and will be assessed and charged accordingly depending upon the item, location and type of preferred shipping.
 
I will add 10.25% sales tax for Illinois residents.  If you are a dealer, buying for resale, I must have your valid and active sales tax number or I will have to collect sales tax.
 
METHOD OF PAYMENTS
1. I accept personal checks. Please allow three business days for out of state checks to clear.  
 
2. I accept major credit cards thru paypal.
 
RETURN POLICY
I guarantee all my merchandise to be as descrbed however if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact me wilthin FOUR days of receipt. I will gladly refund the purchase price of the item.  Shipping fees are NOT refundable and return shipping costs are NOT reimbursed. All items are to be returned in their original packaging and in their ORIGINAL condition.
